The dress code is very strict. Women must wear long, loose-fitting clothing that covers their arms and legs down to the ankles, plus a headscarf. Men must wear long trousers and shirts with sleeves. Transparent or tight clothing is not permitted. Many tours provide abayas for women if needed.
